The IT Instructor & Computer Academy (TIICA) — Terms of Service

The Service is available to users aged 13 and above; minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to register and to pay.

Keep your password private — you are accountable for everything done through your account. Report any suspected misuse to us at [email protected] right away.

Enrolling grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course for your own study only. Sharing, reselling, screen-recording or redistributing the material is strictly prohibited.

You keep access to a purchased course while it stays active on the Service, except where access is withdrawn because you breached these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

You agree to use The IT Instructor & Computer Academy (TIICA) lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by The IT Instructor & Computer Academy (TIICA) or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. The IT Instructor & Computer Academy (TIICA) may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, The IT Instructor & Computer Academy (TIICA) does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The IT Instructor & Computer Academy (TIICA) is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
